Loosing lots of hair? That could be a problem
We are expected to lose some hair monthly as the scalp renews itself. Even the healthiest of scalps experience this shedding. What can I do to prevent hair loss?
While certain elements such as genetics can not be overlooked, preventatives steps can be taken to avoid hair loss. The following routines do not require medication and have no possibilities of harmful side effects: Regular Brushing and Scalp massage- both of these methods promote blood circulation to the scalp which intern promotes growth.
Shampooing and deep conditioning - Clogged pores can lead to hair loss. Use a hydrating shampoo to remove all dirt from hair and scalp, follow with deep conditioning. This routine will add moisture and nutrients to hair by penetrating the scalp leaving hair and healthier. Take vitamins- Vitamin E and Biotin can promote hair growth. These vitamins also contain nutrients that can also boost immunization system.
Use Olive Oil Based Products- Olive oil is a proven growth stimulant. This light weight oil contains omega 3 and omega 6 amino acids. These nutrients are needed for healthy hair. Add Moisture - Dry hair will become brittle and break. Dryness can also stunt growth. Use a light hair crème to add moisture to hair and comb through with a wide-tooth comb. Smaller teeth can damage hair.
Remove stress from your life- Find the things that promote relaxation. Stress has a slew of negative effects on the body from sickness, to headaches and pains, and hair loss. Reducing the amount of stress in life can reduce the amount of hair loss. Regular exercise, long walks, and regular conversation can reduce the amount of stress
